So many issues face us, 

  1. Trees
  2. Streets need fixing.
  3. CCPA

and, on top Cerritos residents have to work with politically frozen Council members.

We have council members who get upset and sulks at the smallest things and we have others who feel Nepotism is NOT bad unless it is written in our City Charter. 

So many challenges. 


Issues we must be vigilant about includes: 

  • Safety
  • Health Mandates
  • Relationship with other agencies, like our local school district ABC USD

OUR PROPERTY VALUE DEPENDS ON ABC USD CONSISTENTLY DOING A GOOD JOB.  MEASURE BB WAS ABOUT OUR PROPERTY TAX. IT WAS MISUSED. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT? WHO PAYS FOR SCHOOL GUARDS? 

GOOD NEWS:   

We can tackle them and make our community a better place.
